Abstract submission

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract via the registration link.


  1. Abstracts must be written in English.
  2. The abstract should be submitted as an attachment (word document) during the registration.
  3. Please use a short and concise title of no more than 20 words.
  4. On a separate line enter the authors' names and institutions, including the names of the institution, department, and city.
  5. The abstract body should include the following headings:
    Background, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The text should not exceed 250 words. Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.
  6. Please avoid tables, graphs, and references. However, if references are used they should be included in the text as: authors, journal, year, volume, pages.
  7. In order to participate in the Poster session, your abstract topic needs to be relevant to cancer research.
  8. For PhD students, a certification of poster presentation can be requested after the meeting by e-mailing Jonas Nilsson.

Please note that the amount of presentations at the poster session will be limited. Please submit your abstract by 2019-01-31 the latest!

Note that abstract submission no longer is possible!
